  • Led migrations from live-fetch workflows to snapshot-backed ingestion and query serving, using side-by-side validation and phased rollout to preserve authorization behavior.
  • Built reusable distributed stages for copying, partitioning, aggregating, and publishing large data snapshots.
  • Designed regional ingestion and isolated recovery paths for authorization data that becomes available progressively during cloud deployment.
  • Drove end-to-end Azure deny-assignment support across full and incremental ingestion, storage, scope-oriented indexing, query APIs, and monitoring.
  • Implemented deterministic configuration delivery and record-level fault isolation to improve deployment safety and ingestion resilience.
